Once payment is confirmed, we'll WhatsApp you to let you know your items are ready. You can then collect from Hebron Plaza, Mansa Market, or Trade Centre — Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM (Saturday until 2 PM). Pickup is always free.

We offer 7-day after-care from the date you collect. If something is damaged or not as described, WhatsApp us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or resolve it — no lengthy forms.

Hebron Plaza is our main showroom and the most accessible. Mansa Market is centrally located. Trade Centre is ideal for larger items. WhatsApp us first and we'll tell you where your specific item is ready from.

We accept MTN MoMo and Airtel Money — pay via mobile money before or at collection. Cash on collection is also available by arrangement. Payment details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before pickup.

Most items are available for same-day or next-day pickup. Once we confirm payment, we'll send you a WhatsApp message telling you when and where to collect. During busy periods it may take up to 24 hours.
