From browsing to your door — here's what happens after you confirm.

   Add items to your cart

   Browse the catalogue and add the pieces you want. Use the cart sidebar to review quantities and the total before continuing.

   Fill in your details

   Enter your name, phone number, and email. Our team will WhatsApp you to confirm your order and arrange pickup.

3. 3 💬
   Confirm on WhatsApp

   After submitting, tap WhatsApp Us to send your order summary directly to our team at 0977 891 850. We confirm stock and agree payment.

4. 4 💳
   Pay — mobile money or cash

   We accept MTN MoMo and Airtel Money. Cash on collection is also available. We only confirm the order once payment is received or agreed.

5. 5 �
   Collect from a pickup point

   Pick up free from Hebron Plaza, Mansa Market, or Trade Centre — Monday to Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM (Saturday until 2 PM). We'll let you know when your items are ready.

6. 6 🔁
   7-day after-care

   Something not right? Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days. We'll sort it — no lengthy forms, no runaround.
